I have BPD but I usually split internally. Which makes it so much harder to get a diagnosis. I don’t have the symptoms of outward explosive emotions. Instead, i internalize my emotions and take it out on myself in private. It’s so hard to have to deal with that and therapists not understanding that that’s also BPD, it’s just a less known symptom.
