Irritability, rage outbursts (usually only when I'm alone), fear of abandonment, all-or-nothing thinking. I used to SH, but I've fortunately been clean for 6 months now.

I feel this, one small situation can ruin a whole day for me. It puts me in a bad mood and I'm short about everything for the rest of the day. At the end of the day, I always feel resentful for being in a bad mood.

I struggle with extreme insecurity and fear of abandonment in romantic relationships. It usually lasts the entire relationship, and the depression of abandonment lasts for many months after.

I get very irritable with people saying or asking me stupid questions that to me seem to be obvious answers...it's like an immediate irritation and I just have to breathe and try to relax and remember that to them it wasn't a dumb or obvious question. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Intense emotional overreaction to situations (especially with perceived abandonment). If I argue with my mom and she walks out of the room or locks herself in her room I go ballistic and want to die.

Random irritability and anger. It's quite embarrassing sometimes and it usually lasts about 10 minutes to an hour and a half for me depending on the day.
