How do I get more energy to do things? I'm so tired all the time or lack motivation.

@missbo second this! found out I didnt have enough b12, and a couple shots later mood and energy wise it was easier to keep them up

B1 complete REALLY helps, especially TTFD if you can find and tolerate it.

I'm the same. I'm very very bad at self motivation. I thrive off of others, but I had to give up work because of the fibro/m.e so I don't get that stimulation from a working environment. I find myself less and less bothered about getting anything at all done. Then I have conflict in my mind between "am I being lazy, am I right to rest, maybe I just need the rest, am I using that as an excuse, I should do something" and then I feel guilt.

I have no idea. I've just tried to adjust my expectations because I'm dealing with chronic pain, chronic fatigue, executive dysfunction, and chronic burnout in addition to other mental health issues and sleeping 12+ hours a day. I hope we can figure something out, though.

Get your blood work done and ask specifically to check B12...some people like myself cannot absorb this from foods and vitamins so need shots throughout the year

Some suggestions include taking B12 or B-complex vitamins in the morning, trying magnesium, nourishing yourself properly, getting up and moving around, taking adequate rest guilt-free, doing a little at a time instead of marathons of commitment and time, sticking to a schedule, regular exercise, and having your vitamin D levels evaluated in a blood test.
