Lions mane helps with memory. I found methyl folate helps me with energy because I have the MTHFR gene mutation. Others without that mutation have found B12 helpful.

it is nowhere near as simple as that for those of us with fibro. Sleeping all day and all night doesn't help.

Caffeine with low to Zero sugar. I tend to be ADD so the stimulant effect of coffee calms me down!

1/2 tspTurmeric pinch of pepper and 1 tsp olive oil If your on blood thinners ask your doctor about the turmeric. Research the benefits. Works wonders for me.

I'm not diagnosed but highly suspect fibromyalgia. B12 in the morning helps a little for energy, and I take melatonin and L-theanine at night for better sleep. When I can eat more (nothing specific, just a "normal" amount), I feel like my memory is a little clearer. That said, the only way I'll remember everything is if I use an app with reminders. I feel like outsourcing to an app helps free up space in my brain for other things (I use Finch)
