How to Boost Energy Levels for Medical School Clinicals?

How to get energy levels up in time for 3rd year of medical school? I’m a second year and during Covid we’ve been mostly online so it’s been easy to manage my fatigue and low energy levels. However, when I go into the hospital for a day or half day I end up so tired that I need the rest of the week to recover. I’m worried when clinicals start next year and I go into the hospital every day for +9 hours for 6 days a week I’m going to crash and be unable to go every day, collect too many absences and need to repeat the course infinitely.

Sometimes tiredness can be improved by small changes like drinking more water, eating healthier food, sleeping in fixed hours, and exercising regularly. Try it, and maybe you'll feel better. Let us know if you feel some change in your condition :)
