I need advice!!! I did it again. I forgot to eat all day and didn’t eat until I was so hungry my stomach hurt. Now I’m trying to eat but its making me so nauseous and I just want to sleep, but I can’t sleep because I’m so uncomfortable. I don’t want to starve myself again, it was so hard to get my body to stop rejecting food again. When I don’t eat for long enough my body starts rejecting everything I eat. Can I get any advice on how to stop that? Any reccomendations for safe-foods that will stay settled and hold me over? Much appreciated 🙏
