Thank you. Unfortunately I have to be really careful with perfumes & deodorants as I also have inverse psoriasis, and putting stuff on those sores is not a fun time. I don't have any infection at the moment, but I feel a flare coming on so maybe I have pus building up and just don't know it yet. I'm just grateful I don't have to go out often

I’ve been trying to fix the same problem, if it’s caused by infection I cover the spots with a hydrocolloid patch when I’m out of the house

I FELT THIS. The sad part the smell is noticeable… I’m assuming the open wounds are causing the smell for you / pus? I’ve found washing my infected area and using hydrogen peroxide has helped. Also making sure to wear perfume and deodorant (duh). It’s so embarrassing having that smell I truly feel your paim
