When I get migraines my left eye feels like it's coated and blurry.

I totally agree I have fibro and iih all rolled into one and my vision is all whacky. Everyone is different but definitely get your vision checked.

I would look into seeing an ophthalmologist. My strange vision issues turned out to be a symptom of MS and intracranial hypertension tension. I'm not saying that you might have something more serious, but I find that fibro often goes hand in hand with other conditions...

Yes. I think that it has to do with muscle tension. When my pain is high my body gets more tense and that is usually when I get the blurry vision, sometimes in one eye sometimes both
