Blurred vision and extreme dizziness when standing up

I've been having blurred vision and extreme dizziness when I stand up, anyone have any ideas why? I've had problems with low blood sugar and iron deficiency in the past, but the dizzy spells are getting worse.

I’ve been dealing with exactly the same issues . Lately my dizzy spells have been so much worse no idea why either. Do you have any other symptoms?
