Help! My Blood Sugar is Out of Control

I see my doctors regularly but nobody is listening to me about my blood sugar issues (super sensitive it'll spike extremely high from the smallest amount of sugar or carbs and drop drastically suddenly sometimes by up to 100 points). What should I do?

I was like that for 2 years before my pancreas said enough was enough. Track everything you eat then 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, then, 2 hrs you test your sugars.

luckily I have been I think I need new docs.. Its been a year now of this I cant eat anything I enjoy anymore
