anyone have any ideas why my PB smear of blood would show macrocytosis, microcytosis, hypochromia, and aniscocytosis??

Ok I also have Macrocytic & Microcytic blood cells. What your results mean is that some of your red blood cells are larger than normal, while others are smaller than normal. That is what the Macrocytosis & Microcytosis parts mean. The word Anisocytosis is basically stating that part again - it means that your blood cells are different sizes. Hypochromia means your red blood cells look duller / “less red” than they are supposed to. What all these results put together mean, if I am understanding correctly, is that you have Anemia. My own abnormal blood results are also caused by Anemia, in my case quite severe. I hope this is helpful!

@tigershark98 EDIT: I am only basing my guess of Anemia on the fact that these results sound similar to my own blood results.
