      Mine get splotchy on the palm, red or purple on the back, and get enlarged veins. It usually happens if my hands have been below my waist for a while.

      Yes it's the first place I noticed my blood pooling symptoms. Looking back at photos I can see my red hands a mile away šŸ˜­šŸ„²

      I know I get blood pooling in my feet and ankles sometimes. It causes swelling, tenderness, and even slight discoloration. If it can pool there I donā€™t see why is couldnā€™t pool in your upper limbs as well šŸ¤·šŸ»
