Concerns about Blood after Ovarian Cyst Rupture

How much blood is concerning after an ovarian cyst ruptures? I had a CT scan and ultrasound done and confirmed hemmorigic cyst. I also have PCOS and have always had irregular periods. I’ve had an IUD for three year (still do) and have not bled at all until now. It has been a week after I was diagnosed with a ruptured cyst. The amount of blood is equivalent to a light to medium period. Research stated to seek care with severe vaginal bleeding. Since I have not had a bleed in years, should I be concerned?

From what my MIGS has told me, going through an overnight pad in 2 hours or less OR the heaviest flow tampon in 1 hour or less is what they consider heavy/concerning bleeding. However, if you’re concerned you should seek care.
