Bleeding during ovulation - is this normal?

Does anyone else experience bleeding while ovulating? It's no different than having my period all over again, like I genuinely thought I was just having a super irregular month, but this is a monthly thing now. I'll bleed during my period, stop for a little bit, and immediately start bleeding just as much when ovulation starts up. I get a little crampy, not as bad as when I'm on my period.. and the backaches are terrible. I've been noticing this since receiving my 3rd Covid-19 shot (Pfizer booster) back in November 2021. It's incredibly annoying as I've never experienced this beforehand.. and I have a beach vacation coming up that falls during ovulation. I'd really rather not have to wear a tampon the entire trip.

I experienced this for a while, before I ended up bleeding all month long (for several months). My drs determined it unsafe for me to get the covid vax, so I know in my case it was strictly because of the endo. My symptoms have gotten significantly better since switching to an IUD in December.

I did have bleeding at ovulation time in my 20's. I hadn't had it happen for years, and then this year it has happened again several times, where it was like a second period. Right now I'm overdue on day 31 sitting with a hot water bottle.
