Bleeding after sex with vaginismus - should I see a doctor?

Hi 👋 I haven’t used this app in a while. I have a question regarding peoples’ experiences with bleeding after sex. I have vaginismus and my husband and I didn’t have sex for a while and then did today. I experienced pain during and after along with bleeding. I have had pain before but never bleeding after. It’s been hours and I’m still bleeding but it’s very light. Should I go see a doctor ? Or am I overthinking this ? I hate seeing Gynecologists because Pap smears are extremely painful for me. I usually cry. I am normally good about keeping up with doctor appointments in general but it’s probably been a year since I’ve had a visit . Sorry for the long question.. Hope everyone is doing well out there. Sending love and strength❤️

Personally Id give it 24 hours. They are usually just small surface tears that take a little time to heal. Kinda like paper cuts if that makes any sense? If still bleeding after 24 hours definitely go to a doctor because it could be something more serious and internal bleeding rather than just surface tears.
