Lack of Bladder Sensation - Seeking Advice

{TMI about bathroom} Does anyone else have decreased nerve sensation in your bladder? My lack of sensation in my bladder has been getting worse, to the point where I don't have control once I'm going, and I will go to wipe and suddenly go again with no warning or feeling. Are there any meds that help with a lack of feeling? my gabapentin doesn't help with that, and b vitamins don't always help. My neuropathy is from Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity and hypovitaminosis due to malabsorption.
