Always every year. Granted mine could be triggered by never having a good birthday but ik mine is because of mental health reasons I don't have a good birthday.

I struggle a lot when my birthday rolls around. Leading up to it as well. You are not alone with that. Trust me.

You aren't. Birthdays are another thing to process. Another year that you have to get through. But. Think of it like this. It's another year that you have survived. Another year of strength that you have gotten through, and another to take on as a challenge to learn to be stronger and learn more coping. I'm proud of you. Good job for making it. Keep on making it.
