just need to vent a bit. I'm feeling a lot of anxiety about starting my new birth control. I thought I was managing symptoms fairly well until now,but now it's needed again as my cycle is all sorts of messed up. I'm not worried about forgetting to take it, I'm more worried about the side effects. my pharmacist said that it would help with my PCOS and pmdd (and boost my ssri's), but that it could also make my headaches worse. which is why I stopped taking birth control to begin with.

@Calibird yeah that’s what I found that you’ll have to go to obgyn. Sometimes it just about finding the right medicine to help. I’m going to try and get on an implant again because it helped so much
Is there other medicines you can take? I got off of my birth control and I want to get back on it because it did help so much with my pmdd but you shouldn’t suffer in other aspects
