šŸ£ Hi friends! I got on birth control last year and after starting on it my migraine intensity and frequency spiked. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

      @Raelynne so you have more info- my main reason for starting birth control was for endometriosis and first line treatment for it is birth control but progesterone helps and estrogen can exacerbate symptoms. Not saying you have that, but thatā€™s specifically why I had a bad time with estrogen birth control which I was put on before I had an official diagnosis.

      I am only saying this because it happened to me. I have iih do to birth control I am allergic to synthetic estrogen and it cause severe migraines and horrid pain in my eyes. It is rear very rear but talk with your doctor.

      I had this happen when I tried estrogen birth control pills- shit hit the fan and my body did not respond well. Iā€™ve been on depo provera injection which is only progesterone and itā€™s helped me.
