Birth Control and Mental Health: What to Avoid?

Im not a doctor but I know hormonal birth control effects a lot of women, mostly negatively. Personally I got better on it because i didn't know i had bipolar disorder lol but idk if i could still take it on meds. (I ended up stopping due to complications switching to a new non hormonal one). I would ask your doctor though if there's anything specific you're concerned about, because not all pills are hormonal if that's your worry
