Hello - I was diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder a long time ago, but I’ve only been properly treated recently after many years of struggling on my own. It’d be great to hear other peoples’ stories and experiences.

I have struggled practically my whole life and was officially diagnosed just last year. And started receiving treatment as well. I was shocked that she told me I was Bipolar but thankful there was a name for the "crazy" I felt. It's been a very rough road, but I am just taking one step at a time.
