recently got diagnosed with bipolar (makes sense now) is there anything else to help with still feeling anxious and depressed with my meds?

      I haven't figured out how to help my depression side much, but with the anxiety, I have found a couple things. A walk, even short, can help in extreme moments. Taking ashwagandha daily helped a ton with the anxiety. Rhodiola is another suggested supplement. The Headspace app was very, very helpful. It does require a subscription for full access, but I found it worth it, more than any Netflix or Hulu sub. It still helps me sleep every night. They have some free stuff to check out on Youtube though, I think.

      I find that if I’m really having anxiety and racing thoughts journaling really helps. Then I reread it over and over, it helps me work it through and calm down. I hope that helps a bit.
