Hey there! I am also going through the same thing ! I can say you must be using pretty good coping skills, I can tell just by seeing you use this app. I started on here right after I felt so rejected by one "friend", I told him that I DO need medication for my mental health... (He did not agree at all, & says just to fight things naturally, which is okay, but , it felt invalidating) I had to let him go, and i actually feel better for it. Anyway... That is to say you can have a really awesome life even having bipolar! Sometimes you just have to remove people who aren't supportive , sometimes you must leave it out so some people won't judge you.. but, Stay strong. It really is about YOU. Spend your days doing what makes YOU happy ! Perhaps, reframe your thinking from, what you think life should look like, no longer look at what other people have... It can steal your joy. 🌻 Create more moments for yourself that feel grounding & wholesome... Keep doing those things ☺️ & always put your health first.... Going for walks help too. 🌻

Good people around you always sometimes certain people don't have mental illnesses but the people around them make them feel like they do. You are the company you keep. I get that saying now anyway yes you can still have an amazing life having bi-polar. It still shows up and through your life but it gets better I promise. Just have to have faith strong faith and determination to get through. Not everybody will stick around but appreciate those that do they truly love you cause we are awful on relationships not even meaning to be but we are we have to be mindful of that but we do recover it does get less and with the right providers and meds combo with therapy you can't lose. For me that works.

"Managing bipolar disorder can involve a combination of strategies. Some people find microdosing helpful in reducing the frequency and intensity of manic or depressive episodes. Establishing a routine, getting enough sleep, spending time in the sunlight, and taking vitamin D can also be beneficial. Using apps like Finch that track mood and motivation can provide daily prompts and exercises. Learning your triggers and tracking your mood swings can help you recognize and avoid potential mood swings or reduce their intensity. Consistent exercise and rest can also help stabilize mood. It's also important to have a good support system, find a good outlet for stress, and keep a journal about your moods and feelings."
