Dealing with Bipolar Impulsiveness: My Struggle with Overspending

One thing that comes with bipolar is impulsiveness. and sometimes that means that you buy things you can't afford. I will say that I think I'm making progress in that aspect. I had a little bit extra on my paycheck this week and I was going to buy a laptop to go back to school/for college. and while yes I will need that in the near future I know that I just can't afford it right now. and I don't think I've ever been able to do that.

Any progress is still progress. Setting small goals like this is important. You should be proud!
