Feeling Alone with Bipolar Fog

Does anyone else feel like their bipolar scrambles up their brains and leaves them in a constant fog? I didnt feel that way before my big breakdown three years ago, but now it's all I feel and I feel so alone

I usually associate brain fog with medication and being on the wrong kind. What are you on?

I've lived with my bipolar since I was a kid and have been diagnosed for over 2 decades. I can definitely relate to what your feeling, and I can also say that it can get better. I felt that way many times throughout my recovery and have come out of it every time. Bipolar is very cyclical over time and I've learned that everything g is temporary. That means to me that all those anxiety attacks, fogs and depressions are just a phase in my journey. With good med management, regular counseling and mindfulness work I come around to stability, calm and clear mindedness. I think in time and with the resources you need, you'll find the same. You have the right to live your life to the fullest and getting there might take some work. Your worth it. You got this. Just keep pushing through that fog, it clears up to a brighter future. Let me know if you'd like to talk some time. I wish you all the best.😁

I felt like that a lot before the meds...and I guess after them too. Like I don't know what I'm doing in life or where I'm going. It stresses me out and messes with my anxiety pretty bad.
