Yes... I feel like the week before my period and the week after.... im good but the other 2. Its crazy. I feel how crazy I am. How unrealistic my feelings are. And easily triggered. Just someone's voice can make me angry. Its horrible

  @Ashiz1989 wow I’m sorry 😞.. ya it’s like roughly every other week for me.. they seem to be triggered by my estrogen shifts..

    @AlexaRae I get like smaller 2 day hypo/3 day depression episodes around ovulation, and more intense 3-4 day hypo/4-5 depression episodes the week before my period..
