Struggling with Bipolar Disorder in Relationships

My bipolar disorder ruins my romantic relationships which makes my lows even lower and makes my depression and anxiety worse. I always feel like I’m constantly annoying everyone I meet, which I’ve been told I am, and I end up driving them away because they’d rather have a more simple relationship or be with someone less annoying. Can anyone else relate to this/have any advice? I could really just use someone to talk to about this. It’s been happening for years.

I totally feel this. I am in a relationship with someone I really love and care about but I overthink everything he says and darn near have an anxiety attack over it which sometimes he calms me down but other times he gets annoyed and it turns into arguments which causes me to overthink and push him away before he can hurt me. So, I tell him when I notice I am doing it and we talk through it. Luckily, my partner is very patient with me.
