When were you diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder?

I am 53 almost 54 and was diagnosed Bipolar Disorder I & Anxiety in 1999. I was not given a diagnosis of BPD until my late 40s and yada yada yada. I'm wondering how old youbwere when diagnosed. Are you in treatment? Completed treatment? Oh, so many questions. My apologies. 💚

In the early 2000s I would say around 2002 I was diagnosed as bipolar and I took medication for it marked them all now on the list until I found the right one I had been going through some really hard times in early 2019 and I decided to see if psychiatrist that is when he diagnosed me with BPD he said even during our discussions he had noticed me changing dramatically I just thought that was just the way I was never really thought anything of it But no as I’ve grown familiar to it I notice it here and there the strange thing is I’ll get really upset about something and when it passes I look at it logically and I wonder to myself why even got upset it to begin with things such as that happen through the week not really knowing why it comes about I guess I’m seeking answers to and trying to find someone with the similarities of myself sometimes I feel as if there’s no one out there like me then I’m The only one dealing with this . Again I truly know I’m not but it would be nice to be able to talk to someone from time to time that understands
