Therapy over several fuckin years didn’t help me, but it’s also probably because of the environment I’m stuck in. If your environment is good, then let yourself be you. Feel safe to feel a little vulnerable in what should be your space

It’s hard dealing with it alone but a little since most of the meds that they put me on increases all of my bipolar symptoms and consistently tell him I psychiatrist he’s just not listening he’s just saying stick with his dick with a stick with it but at the same time like what are you supposed to stick with it giving you liver damage is not letting you swallow do you have an insomnia is literally oh let’s put you on another me that’s what you want another man I don’t wanna take any more meds I want to learn how to deal with it without any meds, marijuana helps a lot but then at a certain extent I get to the point that sometimes I just don’t wanna smoke

I was medication resistant so I just go without. Certainly rough but doable so far.

I’m just so tired of all the different medicines they give you all these different side effects that are longer lasting than the medicine helps you with.

Tracking everything: triggers, symptoms, behaviors, sleep, stress, diet, etc. Exercising daily. Eating real whole foods. Addressing vitamin deficiencies. Avoiding stress. Spending time in nature. Educating myself about the disorder and how to best take care of myself.
