Managing Bipolar Disorder and Impulsive Shopping
Does anyone with, Bipolar disorder, when shopping, end up kinda going crazy & buying more than you planned/budgeted for, just cuz you get lost in "feel/happiness/thrill" of buying what you like?
And if anyone has any advice on how not to end up going overboard when buying groceries/essentials, I'd appreciate any help with that! 😅
