Hey guys, I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 1 . Lately, I’ve been hearing and seeing things that are not there. My therapy appt is in two weeks, but I’m worried. Any advice? Is this normal?

If you aren't currently manic or depressed, you could have schizoaffective disorder. Psychosis in bipolar only occurs during mood swings. Talk to your psychiatrist about this.

That's not really normal.... That could be a different disorder. For sure something you have to bring up
