Bipolar and Depression: Uncontrollable Emotions

I have bipolar and depression. last night I was so happy I started crying, but then I couldn't stop. I don't know why. I felt some anxiety pop up, but I don't know what for.

Overwhelming emotions can cause spirals (by lack of better terms). For being bipolar its normal. Did it turn into sad crying or was it still happy cries?

it turned into sobs. I guess that would be more sad crying.
