hey I'm not totally sure what to put here. I have bipolar 1 with mixed moods, severe anxiety, and recently I have realized I am autistic (diagnosis pending). I'm working on finding a new mood stabilizer, being healthier, and connecting with people!
I also have severe anxiety, I was agoraphobic for a year. Hydroxyzine saved my life dude. I haven’t felt so stable in a long time. Its for panic attacks. Im not sure if you have full on attacks but it helps my heightened anxiety as well. I know know this isnt mood stabilizer but if your anxiety I highly recommend
thanks I might look into that I do have panic attacks sometimes- usually when I'm manic. I take propranolol as needed for anxiety which helps a lot! It's amazing that you overcame your agoraphobia, it is scary times we live in! ❤️
