Looking for advice on treating bile reflux caused by connective tissue disorder

Hello. I'm brand new here so not sure how this works. I've had chronic mild gastritis for many years and doctors don't seem to be of much help. Finally diagnosed in 2017 after biopsies from endoscopy came back showing mild stomach inflammation possibly from bile. So I'd love to know what can be done for bile reflux. I figure my pyloric valve may be faulty due to my connective tissue disorder.

Same here. Brand new and got diagnosed super late, after years of pain. Not sure what to do for reflux, but I have heart burn, when I lay on my right side. So only sleep on my back and left side.
