I also just got diagnosed with hashimotos and decided to join this app. I hope you are doing okay. Im sorry you can’t get treatment, but do consider lifestyle changes. I am learning more and more about how others get their hashimotos in remission through diet, supplements, exercise, stress management, etc. The symptoms are difficult but I’m hopeful that I will overcome them.
