A weighted blanket was super helpful for me, I don't know how I managed without it. They're expensive to buy, but not too hard to make if you have access to a sewing machine. Most craft stores sell weighted beads, and then you get to pick what fabric you want. I'd recommend making a grid pattern of like 5x5" squares to keep the beads evenly distributed
