A weighted blanket was super helpful for me, I don't know how I managed without it. They're expensive to buy, but not too hard to make if you have access to a sewing machine. Most craft stores sell weighted beads, and then you get to pick what fabric you want. I'd recommend making a grid pattern of like 5x5" squares to keep the beads evenly distributed

A warm drink, some nice fresh sheets and blankets (a weighted blanket might help), favorite pajamas, tons of pillows, a stuffed animal to hug(there are ones you can microwave to heat up and they keep warm), if you can lavender spray on your sheets and some chamomile tea.
