I agree! Indica 👌🏽
I take melatonin every night
All of the above but I have nightmares so I take a med that helps me sleep. I use stress relief or sleep bed sprays, drink sleepytime tea, wear a weighted eye mask, and I try to get in bed about 30-45 min before I need/want to fall asleep to allow me to wind down. I don't do these all every night but they're my go tos.
I know it sounds silly, but the headspace mediation for sleep used to help a lot when I was struggling with anxiety induced insomnia. You can’t be critical going into it though. Just try to have an open mind for it and I hope it helps!
Hot tea and shower, clean bed and weighted blanket, eye mask and calming noises (I like rain sounds) 💕
I really enjoy progressive muscle relaxation.
Melatonin helps me a lot
I’m a big fan of guided meditation!
i find slow breathing exercises to be very helpful!
start winding down a bit before sleep, reading a physical book always helps me unwind, I’ve also found some hypnotizing sleep music/talk throughs that help my brain relax too!
