Any tips to help me get better routine sleep?

      Take two weeks to reset. You want to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. Set alarms and try to keep naps during the day under 45 mins. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Melatonin stopped working for me—like a previous user mentioned—so my neurologist prescribed Trazadone for sleep. It helps

      Following. I try to take melatonin, but I don't think it works anymore. I was prescribed different meds that are supposed to keep me awake in the day so I stop napping so I can fall asleep at night, but I just end up awake still. Even on the lowest dosage.
