Best Ways to Exercise with POTS

with POTS what is the best way to exercise? i have a lot of belly fat and want to get rid of it. However, along with POTS comes exercise intolerance. I am on an ADD medication and don't have a appetite but I wanna start eating healthier too. any advice would be helpful!

@dizzyandbusy yes! swimming is one of the recommended exercises for pots and or eds. the “laying position” is great for pots and it’s safer on joints than most land exercises

really on the swimming? i swam for 10 years before getting sick and love it and i’ve been really wanting to get back into it but i’m kinda nervous
