I take mine in the morning.

At night. The 10mg dose made me too drowsy so I self split the tabs and am on 5mg and it’s just as well.

I take it in the morning, but it can cause drowsiness for some, so it may be best to start with taking at night just to see how it affects you.

Take mine during the day. I took it at night and couldn't sleep
