Best time to take Lexapro?

Take mine during the day. I took it at night and couldn't sleep

I take it in the morning, but it can cause drowsiness for some, so it may be best to start with taking at night just to see how it affects you.

At night. The 10mg dose made me too drowsy so I self split the tabs and am on 5mg and it’s just as well.

Hello. Up until last year I was always on a different medication. They switched me due to pregnancy. I have been on Lexapro for over a year now. And always take it at night
