What’s the best kind of therapy for someone with depression, anxiety, and undiagnosed C-PTSD? Are there any natural remedies, supplements, or alternative medicine options for depression? I already take Anxie-T and CBD oil for anxiety. They don’t help with depression symptoms, just help me manage the anxiety ones. (My body is calm, and I can better manage my mind.)

      Unfortunately, not many that have proven affective. If you’d like to try natural lifestyle modification as an option for alternative treatment, eating more whole foods and going on a walk for at least 30 minutes a day helps balance the nutrients and blood flow in your body. You hear the jokes about the “stupid mental health walks” but it’s true. I hated to admit it at first too. Disclaimer though, I do take prescription medication alongside this, so definitely research and just make sure that whatever you decide to try is safe!
