Endocrinologist. I have seen both and i feel with endo, they do through testing and diagnosis. I had flutation in my hormone levels even after seeing obgyn for 5 yrs. After that i saw Endocrinologist and he keeps close eye on my hormone levels by regulating medicines.

Both are good to have, but an endocrinologist is more well versed in PCOS specifically. For example, if you're having a hard time losing weight due to PCOS, an endocrinologist will be able to help with that. Feel free to message me if you have any more questions

I have both doctors and both managed my pcos with different medications but an endocrinologist will have more options available and experience in treating many of the symptoms
