I use tiger balm and just recently tried a roll on lidocaine cream and it seems to be helping so far. Best of luck

I used to use a lot of ibuprofen. Having stomach issues now so my rheumatologist lets me use hydrocodone "sparingly". My friend says Percogesic helps her. Tylenol doesn't do anything for me.
