I've been on midodrine for four years and it's really helped me manage my symptoms! My BP is within a normal range and, while it doesn't get rid of my symptoms entirely, I don't think I could function without it. 2.5mg wasn't doing much for me so my cardiologist bumped me up to 5mg and eventually 7.5mg three times a day which worked the best for me. I know some people have adverse side effects with midodrine but I think it's worth a shot if you haven't tried it already

I’ve tried midodrine up to 15mg three times per day and it had no effect. Glad it has worked so well for you!
