There might be a lot of trial and error. Everyone reacts to medications differently. What works for me might not work for you. I recommend seeing a doctor.

It honestly is very individualized based on your genetics! Take the GeneSight test! It will help *tremendously!* It shows what medicines work best for you, what medicines would cause tons of side effects for you, etc. Look @ their website & let your PCP or Psychiatrist know you want to do this genetic test!

The best thing to do is talk to your physician. I am on three and it took years of trial and error to find the right cocktail (and he only added more as I got older, my body adjusted to the medication, and my depression worsened).
