      My diabetes is diet control.. I don't use sugar I use Splenda they say switch to all grain .. one Dr told me to think of white bread white pasta white rice white sugars etc like poison ... I'm a pasta lover😒 add more veggies n fruits

          @Courtney35 my whole family is diabetic I don't have a specialized Dr for it but I've been pretty good diet control and yes I e snuck that cookie or candy bar even some chips in lol keep checking your numbers you'll figure out what you can have and when .. like I'm in the 80 mark I can have that candy bar and be ok all in moderation.. just think I now have to limit sodium to 2000 a day on top of low sugar ..
