i just take regular birth control pills mine are the option with lower estrogen and i just skip the placebo week.

Copper and estrogen make the symptoms worse. 😥

I also have Nexplanon and I haven't had my period in forever.

I have Nexplanon in my left arm and I haven't gotten my menstrual cycle since. Does that help? My periods were heavy too
