Thank you for your post! I am definitely going to look into being a Vegan. I am not that familiar because I have eating meat all my life. I would like to continue eating eggs, and cheese. I also want to eat fish two days a week. What do you think? I do want to get my health under control. I have high cholesterol and triglycerides and diabetes. I do not want to take statins and I am keeping my diabetes under control. I also take blood pressure medication, that I would love to stop taking.

I think that is wonderful that you want to GO vegan all the way someday! Uyes, me too- I said, I would never go vegan And just look at me today!! I will never, ever go back to eating meat, why red meat is full of fat! And, Of course, I do it for my dear friends whom I Love so much, the Animals!!! I wouldn't eat my cat, dog, bird etc why would I eat other animals? such as, pigs, cows, chickens/Turkey, horses, deer etc? When people say, why do you Love animals more than people, I say, oh, my, I don't eat them either! Ha! I just wished I had been born vegan 💚

Unless You make you ow. Salad dressing don’t have it at all. Oil and vinegar is your best bet. Avocado Lowers high blood sugar. Those dressings these days are made with high fructose syrup which is NOT OK! It does not like me. I Don’t like it. Always always read the ingredients.

My husband and I became vegans about two years ago after his cancer scare and some health issues. It was the best decision. We rarely eat meat or dairy and feel 100 times better. I have had people coming up to me this past year saying that I look so healthy it really does make you look younger!!! Breakfast is usually oatmeal with nuts and fruit or Ezekiel bread with almond butter…lunch veggie sandwiches homemade soups salads… Dinners lots of veggies and quinoa or wild rice sweet potatoes…. We eat lots of avocados theyre a great and healthy fat source… but be sure to take a vitamin B 12 supplement. I’ve never felt healthier and it helps you lose weight I have lost almost 15 pounds over the course of the last two years!!! Check out Dr. Gregor New York times best seller how not to die and forksover knives.com and what the health movie you’ll seriously reconsider How the American diet is making us deathly sick!!! ❤️

yes I agree with you about the American diet! This is why so, so, so many are on all kinds of medications...why if we all ate healthy and because non dependent on meds the pharmaceutical companies would go broken! They must keep people sick and on lots of meds in order for them to keep making money. I work in hospice/respite care and all my patients live on 9-15 medications daily, if it weren't for the meds they take they would pass away sooner. They would rather take medication that will keep them alive now then change their diets - and possibly living till 80+ ...I am going to take my chances and that is why I changed my diet. I don't know about you, but I want to prolong my life because, "I only have 1 Life to live & Love." ❤

you can't "rarely" eat meat and call yourself a "Vegan" ...you can't eat meat ever, at all! You're describing yourself being, vegetarians, vegetarians "rarely eat" meat, but they consume meats of some kind. I hope you will one day quit eating flesh altogether 💚
