Quit smoking and I promise, I swear, treatment gets better once you leave it behind. It’s so much better for me since I decided to take a step up. I quit in Dec 2021 and now I have an optimistic and whimsical attitude that would not have been if I continued my habits. Being this free is fulfilling, and there are so many opportunities awaiting me.

      I used to smoke, I actually believe it's what triggered my panic attacks. As in I would of never gotten them if I hadn't smoked. Keep moving forward haha. I manage them fairly well I'd say. I just really wish I knew. I've been sober for over a year now, never going back.

      I would say I am in the process of quitting because I am taking a nicotine supplement. I have been smoke free for s month now. I feel my sense of smell coming back. It is a little weird.

      I just joined tonight and saw this post. I quit smoking about 6 months ago and it has helped my symptoms so much. Not having to “sneak” outside for a cigarette nor having to worry about all the financial costs and stigmas has really freed me up. Thank you for sharing!
