      If you are taking it for lithium, I read that you can get off of it once your thyroid goes back to normal without the lithium.

      Nope. Ive had it for almost 20 years and i still have to adjust my medication at times

      It depends on what’s causing it. Typically it stays around and you have to keep taking medication to help with the symptoms. I am still struggling with it and I’ve had it for about 5 yrs.
